3. 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to adore your garments. If a size does not fit or you wish to exchange a color:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of parcel receipt.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume stains, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
• Customer covers courier return transit for standard size/color exchanges unless the parcel arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Authentic Product Care & Fabric Notice

Due to natural monitor calibrations and studio illumination, fabric undertones may vary subtly from screen displays. We recommend gentle hand-washing or delicate cycle for long-lasting fabric durability.
